Overview

As a result of “the Shopify Japan Partner Boot Camp” held in September-October 2020, I built a store where online experience services can be purchased. The store allows users to purchase/book online experience services that are actually offered by myself, by specifying the date and time.

Customized details

It was built by customizing the theme “Debut” provided by Shopify. I have customized the Liquid code of the theme as follows:

• Changed the order of items when registering the first name and last name and address on the My Account page to the Japanese format (In Japan, the order of name and address is reversed from other languages)
• Arranged the font size and font family for the title of each section so that the Japanese notation is displayed in the appropriate size.
• Embedded customer reviews on product detail pages using a plugin.
• By changing the product “size and colour” options to “date and time”, I arranged for the service to be sold in the form of a date/time-specified reservation.
• The colour scheme is customized to match the logo.
